Hey there - It’s fantastic that you decided to open this page to check out what my process is. If you’re interested in any of my services, I’m happy to provide a customized quote for you. However, it is not a given that you are right for my business or if I’m the right Assistant for you. For any business relationship to be successful, it must be built on solid ground. I have a very specific two-step process for determining if we will work well together. And I do not charge for this part of the process.
This is a 15-minute initial consultation where we set up a time to talk to introduce ourselves to each other, where I can ask a few basic questions about your business and see if we have a connection. If we connect, we can continue the discussion if that’s what you decide.
If we continue the call, we can go into more detail about our respective backgrounds, focus more on your business needs and why you need an Assistant. We will discuss our work styles, our businesses and get a feel for how we interact.
These general discussion topics will lead to a mutually fulfilling consultation. We will then be able to determine if we want to move forward in the consultation process. If not, we end the conversation with no hard feelings.
This is a deeper discussion and can last up to 60 minutes. We will talk about how we each work and how we view our potential future together. This isn’t always an easy conversation, but it is a necessary one.
We’ll touch on issues of strategy, compatibility, time, thinking, communication and collaboration, goals, roles, expectations/boundaries around our business practices, conflict resolution solutions, sharing our values, potential issues, pet peeves, and any hot topics that might hamper our success if we were to work together.

After we complete Step 2, we’ll make our decision about working together. This process helps to lay the groundwork for a very productive and fulfilling relationship. Then, we’ll move on to the contract phase and
